court bilbrey lcsw Session times & fees
In order to provide better care, Court’s session times and fees are changing
All Individual sessions are now 45 minutes
$235 (rate is staying the same, but time reduced by 5 minutes)
All Couples sessions are now 75 minutes
$400
Due to the intensive nature of couples therapy and the current flexibility to operate without insurance constraints, Court is transitioning to 75-minute sessions for couples. This change allows for deeper, more meaningful work, as 50-minute sessions often feel abrupt and insufficient. Additionally, extending the session length can reduce the total number of sessions needed. Many couples find that one longer session every other week is more productive, providing ample time to reflect and work on their connection at home in between sessions. I recommend that couples reserve 75 minutes for themselves during the off-weeks to maintain continuity and progress.
If 75-minute couples sessions are financially challenging, please contact Court to discuss or consider the following options:
Continue with 50-minute sessions: Current couples may keep their recurring 50-minute appointments, but these slots will not be available for online booking. To schedule these recurring 50-minute sessions, please arrange them in advance with Court. Appointments should be consistent (weekly or every other week, rather than sporadic).
Come less frequently - if you’re weekly, I’d rather you go every other week and save money/experience longer sessions
Discuss sliding scale options for 75 min with Court directly

As a reminder, you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your own sessions using the Book Now link on our website, or by following this (new) link: https://expansivetherapycollective.clientsecure.me.
You can also direct any questions and complicated or last-minute scheduling requests to info@expansivetherapycollective.com. Please direct all scheduling requests to this email or text 720-764-9306; all clinical or other requests can be communicated directly to the therapist you’re working with.
When your therapist is out of the office with advance notice, you will receive an email (or text) notification. If the therapist cancels at the last minute (due to illness or family emergency), we will text, email, or call you. Generally, if you don’t already have a regularly scheduled appointment series, you can rebook your appointment online, or your therapist will suggest another time.
